Job Description

Intimates and Swimwear knowledge
Develop tech packs including sewing construction & detail, graded spec
Track / receive fit samples and prepare for fitting
Prepare fitting with live fit models and take detailed notes, schedule fittings with model and internal teams
Communicate with factories resolving any questions arising from patterns and technical specs, helping to maintain designer’s direction and aesthetic expectation
Maintain professional & clear daily communication with cross functional team and factories regarding construction details, fit and pattern issue
3D Patternmaking is a Plus!
Assist our multi cross-functional teams from Design, Product Development, to Technical Design and Patternmaking Teams

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Technical Design or Pattern Making
At least 1+ years of technical design experience in the apparel industry
Technical knowledge of sewing machine and garment construction
Must be proficient in Illustrator & Microsoft Suite, must be proficient in Excel
Experience fitting and correcting women’s garments with designers, preparing specs and communicating all corrections to factories
Self-motivated and self-directed with continuous desire to learn and grow
Takes initiative to do more
Excellent communication, organizational skill, attention to detail and follow-up skills
Must be legally eligible to work in U.S.A
