Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Walmart item creation and item set-up software’s such Retail Link, AEX, Supplier Quote, Global Specifications to Supplier One as well as managing the Workhorse application.
  • Ensure highly accurate and timely item setup in Walmart’s systems, constantly reviewing and cross-referencing data for accuracy.
  • Maintain item attributes, pricing, packaging, and other critical data in Walmart’s systems to meet retailer requirements while adhering to all compliance and data integrity standards.
  • Ability to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve item setup issues in Walmart Partner Support systems, ensuring smooth listing and visibility of products.
  • Collaborate with Walmart merchants and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize item listings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics
  • A minimum of 2 years of Walmart retail link and item set up experience.
  • 2 years experience with database design and management for efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart terminology and systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality of work
  • Enhanced Microsoft Excel Knowledge
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
